Sanskriti Jan Shikshan Sanstha’s Women Empowerment Programme focuses on enhancing the social, economic, and educational status of women.

The programme includes skill development training such as tailoring, handicrafts, and vocational courses, along with financial literacy and self-employment support.

Additionally, awareness campaigns are conducted on women’s rights, health, hygiene, and education.

The initiative also promotes the formation of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to encourage collective savings and income generation.
